Where is global.css prestashop

I already modified the Angartheme. I have added a Screenshot, Firefox just calls it "inline", Chrome calls it "index" i guess it will be the global. What I am struggling with right now is that I cannot for the life of me find the the corresponding files that edit the main page's HTML.
