Very positive energy from upper management Lots of freedom to sale how you sale. Scripts not needed. Pros High energy. Cons Not consitant full time hours. I'm very happy working at Companies. They think about their employees when making decisions and changes. They have a strong list of clients, so the work and opportunities are there for those that want to move up.

I've had a very good experience with this agency. I've been recognized for my knowledge and capabilities. My managers have been respectful, fair, and supportive of my growth and my personal life.
I've had the opportunity to apply for a couple of different positions within the company. I didn't get hired for a couple that I thought would be an excellent fit for me. However, I did get a promotion, and I am delighted that this is the role I was selected to fill.
My managers have both placed a portion of their focus on my growth. I appreciate that this agency makes that a focus. My managers have also been great about giving me the autonomy to reach my goals. I am driven to reach and exceed my goals, and both of the managers I've had have been very open to new strategies and supporting creative think that fits within the program's guidelines.
It takes a bit of time at the company to qualify for benefits, so that is a bit of a negative. However, once you reach the time required, the benefits are solid.
I would also say that vacation and PT off are a bit on the lower end, but I've worked in marketing a long time and agencies usually find ways to cut into your time off with special requests. At least at Companies, when I am off, I am not expected to be available for work. Overall, I like it here. That is a pretty good sign to me.

I worked for Companies for 6 months. The environment was great, I sincerely loved working with my coworkers. However the way that they pay commission is not convenient and not even close to what they promote. Then your flow sales have to connect and two weeks later is that you get payed for them. They promised me weekly and most of the time was - Which is why I had to quit.

We've even changed our bi-weekly pay to a weekly paycheck to help employees have faster and more frequent access to their paycheck. When dealing with commission, we have great partnerships with our retail stores, but accurate sales reports often take a few weeks to produce.
